Laura has a reputation for her expertise in personal injuries litigation, having practiced in the field for almost 30 years.
She was called to the Bar in 2013 and practices in all aspects of personal injuries litigation including workers’ compensation, motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, professional liability and medical negligence claims. Whilst she predominantly acts for plaintiffs, she also undertakes work for defendants.
Laura is also a highly regarded mediator, conducting mediations across all practice areas (not limited to personal injuries) throughout the State.
Laura is a JCU alumni and is known for her compassionate way with clients, as well as her fierce defence of their rights.
Laura practices throughout regional and South-East Queensland.
